Automatic Paper Hand Towel Folding Machine
The Automatic Paper Hand Towel Folding Machine converts jumbo paper rolls into uniformly folded and stacked paper hand towels. With a suitable material-feeding and folding configuration, the machine can also process selected dry disposable cleaning wipes within the confirmed material and size range.
The machine is intended for manufacturers producing folded hand towels for commercial washrooms, hotels, healthcare facilities, catering areas and cleaning-product supply. The exact fold type, sheet dimensions and output must be confirmed from the intended finished product.

Material and Product Confirmation
Before configuration, confirm the jumbo-roll width and diameter, material basis weight, number of plies, unfolded sheet size, folded size, fold type, sheets per stack and required output. Material strength and surface condition affect feeding, cutting and folding stability.
Connection with Downstream Equipment
The standard machine forms counted stacks but does not necessarily complete retail packaging. According to the required supply format, the machine can work with a stack-transfer conveyor, bag packing machine, paper sleeve packing machine, bundling machine or carton packing equipment.
Configuration Note
This is an individual folding machine, not a complete production line. Final working width, speed, installed power and overall dimensions must be confirmed after the finished product, material and optional functions are approved.
Application Boundary
Unlike a kitchen towel production line for rolled products, this machine forms counted stacks of folded paper hand towels. The selected packing equipment is configured according to the fold type, stack size and required retail pack.
How the machine processes the material
The jumbo paper roll is installed on the unwind stand and the paper web is guided through the tension-control and feeding sections. Stable web tension supports consistent cutting and folding.
The paper can pass through an optional embossing unit before entering the cutting and folding section. Where the working width requires several finished lanes, the web is slit and distributed according to the confirmed sheet width.
The cutting and folding mechanism forms the selected hand-towel fold and separates the web into individual sheets. The counting system groups the folded sheets into the required stack quantity.
Finished stacks are discharged onto the receiving table or transferred to compatible downstream packaging equipment. Operators remain responsible for jumbo-roll replacement, initial threading, adjustment, inspection and normal maintenance.
