Function, configuration and line compatibility
Review how the machine works, what it can produce and which optional functions or supporting equipment may be needed for the complete process.
Machine overview and suitable production use
Water-Cooled Bag Sealing Machine
The Water-Cooled Bag Sealing Machine is an individual packaging machine for toilet paper and household tissue products. It is intended to handle the specific pack format described on this page and can be connected to upstream converting or cutting equipment when a continuous production arrangement is required.
Suitable Packaging Application
Manually loaded toilet paper bags, kitchen towel bags, facial tissue bags and selected household paper packages using compatible heat-sealable materials.
Final suitability depends on the confirmed roll diameter, roll width, number of rolls per package, package arrangement, film or bag material and required operating method.
Machine Configuration
The standard configuration is selected around the approved package. The working range, speed, installed power and overall dimensions are not stated as fixed values before the product and packaging material are confirmed.
Operating Process
The operator places the filled tissue bag between the sealing jaws and aligns the open edge. The jaws clamp the bag and apply controlled heat to form the seal. Water circulation removes heat from the sealing area and helps the new seal stabilize before release. The sealed bag is then removed for inspection and carton packing. Heating time, cooling time and clamping pressure must be adjusted to the film thickness and material.
Optional Functions
Customized sealing length, adjustable heating time, adjustable cooling time, stainless-steel working table, foot-pedal control, pneumatic clamping, water tank, circulation pump, date coder and customized voltage.
Supporting Equipment
Semi-automatic toilet paper bagging machine, manual roll counting table, side-press bag loader, finished-pack conveyor, air compressor, water circulation unit and carton packing station.
Information Required Before Configuration
Finished roll or tissue pack dimensions
Number and arrangement of products in each package
Packaging film or prepared bag specification
Required shift output and working hours
Upstream and downstream equipment
Destination voltage, frequency and compressed-air conditions
Available workshop dimensions and material-flow direction
Configuration Note
This page describes an individual packaging machine rather than a complete production line. Numerical operating parameters must be confirmed from the actual product and approved technical agreement. Unverified speed, power and dimensional values have not been presented as guaranteed specifications.
Application
The water-cooled sealer can support a manual or semi-automatic toilet paper packing machine by closing prepared bags after the rolls are loaded. Bag material, sealing width and required pack size should be confirmed before selection.
How the machine processes the material
The operator places the filled tissue bag between the sealing jaws and aligns the open edge. The jaws clamp the bag and apply controlled heat to form the seal. Water circulation removes heat from the sealing area and helps the new seal stabilize before release. The sealed bag is then removed for inspection and carton packing. Heating time, cooling time and clamping pressure must be adjusted to the film thickness and material.
Sensors, guides, drives and sealing components are adjusted around the approved package. During commissioning, the feeding position, grouping rhythm, film tension, sealing condition and finished-pack discharge should be tested with representative production material.
Actual output is controlled by the complete working cycle and the stability of upstream feeding. Machine settings should be changed whenever the product dimensions, roll quantity or packaging material changes.

Design speed and reference output are not the same value. Practical production depends on raw material, finished-product dimensions, machine configuration, operator preparation and the capacity of connected equipment.
