Production process and equipment connection
5-Lane Automatic Facial Tissue Folding, Cutting and Packaging Line
This production line is designed for converting jumbo tissue rolls into neatly interfolded facial tissues, cutting the folded tissue logs to the required pack length and completing individual soft-pack wrapping. Its three main units are selected to create a clear processing route from raw paper feeding to finished wrapped tissues.
The line is suitable for manufacturers that need a practical facial tissue production setup with PLC-based control, adjustable product dimensions and stable continuous operation. Product size, embossing configuration, pack film and workshop layout can be matched to the intended market before production.
How the Line Works
· Jumbo tissue rolls are loaded onto the unwinding section and manually threaded through the paper path.
· The five-lane folding machine uses air suction folding and continuous operation to form interfolded tissue logs.
· Counting and separation functions organize the folded tissue according to the selected sheet count.
· The single-channel rotary cutter uses servo positioning and a continuously rotating circular knife to cut the tissue logs accurately.
· The cut tissue stacks are arranged and transferred to the three-dimensional packaging machine.
· The packaging machine wraps, folds and heat-seals the film to produce individual soft tissue packs.
Main Advantages
· Complete process configuration covering folding, cutting and individual pack wrapping.
· PLC control and touch-screen operation simplify parameter setting and production adjustment.
· Five-lane folding structure supports efficient facial tissue converting.
· Adjustable cutting width of 100-210 mm on the folding machine.
· Servo-controlled rotary cutting with a cutting error below 1 mm.
· Automatic knife sharpening with touch-screen parameter setting and dust collection at the sharpening area.
· Optional embossing and edge-pressing configurations for different tissue appearance requirements.
· Packaging speed of 100-160 packs per minute with quick changeover between suitable pack sizes.

Product and Configuration Notes
Actual output depends on tissue basis weight, ply structure, sheet count per pack, finished pack dimensions, film properties, operator coordination and stable feeding between machines. The 100-160 packs/min figure is the rated speed range of the packaging machine and should not be treated as a guaranteed net line output for every product specification.
Before confirming the final configuration, please provide the jumbo roll width and diameter, tissue ply and basis weight, unfolded and folded sheet size, sheets per pack, target pack dimensions, required embossing pattern, packaging film structure, voltage and workshop dimensions. A final layout should then be prepared around the confirmed material flow and maintenance access.
Primary and secondary packing options
Equipment arrangement and workshop flow
Practical output, operator quantity, installed power and workshop space depend on the final equipment combination, finished-product dimensions, packing format and operating conditions. Confirm these values in the final technical proposal.
