Flexible Toilet Paper and Kitchen Towel Production Solution 1

Flexible Toilet Paper and Kitchen Towel Production Solution

A flexible converting solution for manufacturers planning to produce toilet rolls and kitchen towel

SUITABLE FOR

This solution is intended for tissue converters that plan to produce both toilet paper rolls and kitchen towel rolls in the same factory. It is suitable for manufacturers with changing market demand, moderate production batches and a need to share selected rewinding and cutting equipment between different roll tissue products. The solution is most practical when the two products are produced in separate batches and their paper widths, basis weights, core sizes and finished-roll diameters remain within the confirmed operating range of the selected equipment.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

The recommended setup includes a multi-purpose roll tissue rewinding machine, an adjustable or interchangeable embossing system, an optional lamination unit, matching log cutting equipment and packing equipment selected for the confirmed retail formats. The rewinding machine should match the required jumbo roll width, finished-roll range, perforation settings, core sizes and paper basis weight. The lamination unit should be included when kitchen towel production requires ply bonding or a more defined embossed pattern. The cutting equipment must accept the maximum paper log diameter and finished-roll width, while the packing equipment should be selected according to the roll sizes and pack arrangements used for both products.

Entry-Level Toilet Paper Production Solution for a New Converting Factory 2

Entry-Level Toilet Paper Production Solution for a New Converting Factory

A practical toilet paper production solution for new converters, covering rewinding, log cutting, pa

SUITABLE FOR

This solution is designed for new or growing tissue converters that plan to produce standard cored toilet rolls without investing in a fully connected automatic production line at the beginning. It is suitable for factories with moderate output requirements, available production labor and a need to make several finished-roll diameters or retail pack quantities. The factory can establish its main rewinding and cutting capacity first, test the local market and add automatic transfer or packing equipment after the product range and sales volume become stable.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

The recommended setup includes a toilet paper rewinding machine, a matching automatic log saw and semi-automatic packing equipment. The rewinding machine completes jumbo roll unwinding, paper guidance, embossing, perforation, core feeding, rewinding and paper log discharge. The log saw cuts the rewound paper logs into individual rolls according to the required finished-roll width. Semi-automatic packing equipment supports the selected single-roll or multi-roll retail format, while a manual or semi-automatic transfer area connects the main production stages. The electrical supply and compressed-air system must be prepared according to the confirmed machine configuration and destination power conditions.

SOLUTION FAQ

What to confirm before requesting a configuration

How is a solution different from a production line page?

A solution starts with the buyer's product, labor, budget and workshop conditions. A production line page explains a specific connected process and its equipment composition.

What information is required before equipment is recommended?

Provide the finished-product dimensions, jumbo roll specification, target output, packing format, preferred automation level, workshop dimensions and local power conditions.

Does an automatic solution eliminate all operator work?

No. Operators remain necessary for raw material replacement, setup, packing-material replenishment, inspection, changeover, cleaning and maintenance.
