Process, equipment connection and operating requirements
Review how the complete line is arranged, which finished products it supports, how packaging is handled and what factory conditions should be confirmed.
Production process and equipment connection
The 7-lane fully automatic bottom-feed facial tissue production line is designed for converting jumbo parent rolls into folded, cut and individually packed facial tissue products. Instead of operating separate machines independently, the line connects folding, log cutting, product transfer and bag packaging in a continuous workflow. It is suitable for manufacturers producing household facial tissue, hotel tissue and other soft-pack tissue products in medium-scale production environments.
Integrated Production Process
Parent rolls are unwound and fed into the 7-lane V-fold tissue machine, where the paper is slit, vacuum folded and counted. The folded tissue logs are transferred to the servo-controlled rotary cutter for accurate length cutting and automatic removal of head and tail waste. After cutting, the tissue packs move through the conveyor system to the automatic bottom-feed packing machine, where PE film packaging is completed and finished packs are discharged.
Main Advantages
· Seven-lane folding structure supports stable medium-scale facial tissue production.
· Vacuum suction folding and spiral fixed-blade cutting help maintain neat, consistent folds.
· PLC control, touch-screen operation and servo positioning improve operating accuracy and format adjustment.
· The rotary cutter provides continuous 360-degree cutting, automatic blade sharpening and cutting accuracy below 1 mm.
· Automatic bottom-feed PE bag packing reduces manual handling between cutting and finished-product collection.
· Product dimensions can be adjusted within the specified machine ranges to support different soft-pack tissue formats.

Applications and Configuration Notes
This line is suitable for producing V-fold facial tissue and household soft-pack tissue in different sheet counts and pack sizes. Embossing and edge-pressing assemblies can be selected according to the required product appearance. Actual line speed depends on paper quality, ply, sheet count, pack dimensions, film properties and operator settings. A final workshop layout and utility list should be prepared after confirming the target product specification.
Primary and secondary packing options
Equipment arrangement and workshop flow
Practical output, operator quantity, installed power and workshop space depend on the final equipment combination, finished-product dimensions, packing format and operating conditions. Confirm these values in the final technical proposal.
