Tissue Production Solutions for Different Factory Conditions

This solution is intended for tissue converters that plan to produce both toilet paper rolls and kitchen towel rolls in the same factory. It is suitable for manufacturers with changing market demand, moderate production batches and a need to share selected rewinding and cutting equipment between different roll tissue products. The solution is most practical when the two products are produced in separate batches and their paper widths, basis weights, core sizes and finished-roll diameters remain within the confirmed operating range of the selected equipment.

The recommended setup includes a multi-purpose roll tissue rewinding machine, an adjustable or interchangeable embossing system, an optional lamination unit, matching log cutting equipment and packing equipment selected for the confirmed retail formats. The rewinding machine should match the required jumbo roll width, finished-roll range, perforation settings, core sizes and paper basis weight. The lamination unit should be included when kitchen towel production requires ply bonding or a more defined embossed pattern. The cutting equipment must accept the maximum paper log diameter and finished-roll width, while the packing equipment should be selected according to the roll sizes and pack arrangements used for both products.

This solution is intended for established tissue converters or new factories with stable facial tissue specifications, repeat orders and a need to reduce manual transfer between folding, cutting and packing. It is suitable for soft-pack facial tissue production where the folded sheet size, number of plies, sheets per pack and packaging materials remain reasonably consistent. The customer should be able to prepare suitable jumbo tissue rolls, packing film, compressed air, vacuum and electrical conditions for connected production.

The recommended setup includes a facial tissue folding machine, a facial tissue log saw, a product transfer system and an automatic soft-pack tissue packing machine. The folding machine completes jumbo roll feeding, paper web guidance, interfolding, sheet counting, tissue log formation and log discharge. The log saw cuts folded tissue logs into finished stacks according to the required pack dimensions. The transfer system moves the cut stacks toward the packing section while maintaining their direction and spacing. The packing machine completes product feeding, film handling, pack formation, sealing, cutting and finished-pack discharge, while optional bundle or case-packing equipment can be added for secondary packaging.

This solution is designed for new or growing tissue converters that plan to produce standard cored toilet rolls without investing in a fully connected automatic production line at the beginning. It is suitable for factories with moderate output requirements, available production labor and a need to make several finished-roll diameters or retail pack quantities. The factory can establish its main rewinding and cutting capacity first, test the local market and add automatic transfer or packing equipment after the product range and sales volume become stable.
