Build the Equipment Around the Actual Wiping Task
The term “disposable cleaning wipe” can refer to many different products. A lightweight tissue roll, a center-pull industrial roll and a folded spunlace cloth do not have the same material, converting or packaging requirements.
The production line should therefore be built around the actual substrate, finished format, dispensing method and cleaning task.
Confirming these conditions before machine production reduces the risk of selecting equipment that is mechanically unsuitable for the material or unable to produce the required finished product consistently.
