Equipment, factory checks and delivery evidence

This customer case presents a proposed automatic paper napkin production line for Al Buraimi Paper Converting in Oman. The company name and country are taken from the supplied cooperation list. No reliable public record confirming a specific Renix equipment purchase was found, so the equipment arrangement below is presented as a project configuration rather than a verified transaction.
Project Objective
The proposed project is intended to convert jumbo tissue reels into folded paper napkins for restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, cafés and retail distribution. The configuration focuses on flexible napkin dimensions, clear embossing, accurate folding and stable output for several common hospitality product formats.
Recommended Equipment Configuration
An automatic paper napkin machine is selected as the main converting unit. The machine combines unwinding, tension control, embossing, optional color printing, longitudinal slitting, cutting, folding and counting. A separate sealing or bag packing unit can be added according to the finished package format.
Automatic paper napkin folding machine
Jumbo roll unwinding stand with tension adjustment
Steel-to-rubber embossing unit
One-color or two-color printing unit when required
Longitudinal slitting and cross-cutting sections
Quarter-fold or customer-specified folding system
Automatic counting and stack separation
Bag sealing or primary packing machine
Air compressor, electrical controls, spare parts and operating tools
Napkin Format Selection
The machine configuration must follow the unfolded napkin dimensions, folded size, ply, basis weight, embossing pattern and required fold type. A quarter-fold hospitality napkin and a smaller beverage napkin use different cutting, folding and stack settings, so the finished-product specification should be confirmed before the folding plate and printing layout are finalized.
Printing and Embossing
Printed napkins require stable register control, suitable ink and clean plate preparation. Embossing pressure should create a visible pattern without weakening the paper. When both printing and embossing are used, the positions of the design, fold lines and cut edges must be coordinated using an approved product drawing or sample.
Planned Production Process
The jumbo tissue reel is mounted on the unwind stand and fed through tension control. The web then passes through embossing and optional printing before slitting and folding. The machine cuts the paper to the selected length, forms the required fold and counts finished napkins into preset stacks for collection and packaging.
Quality Control Priorities
Stable unwinding without wrinkles or edge drift
Clear embossing across the napkin surface
Consistent print position and color density when printing is used
Accurate cut length and folded dimensions
Reliable sheet counting and even stack height
Clean product edges with limited paper dust
Packaging matched to the selected stack quantity
Workshop and Environmental Planning
The workshop should provide dry storage for jumbo reels and finished napkins, adequate ventilation, paper-dust cleaning and safe access around the unwind stand, printing section, folding unit and electrical cabinet. Destination voltage, frequency, compressed air and ambient conditions should be confirmed before electrical manufacture and commissioning planning.
Expected Project Result
The proposed line gives the customer a flexible route for producing embossed and optionally printed paper napkins for hospitality and retail markets. Adjustable folding and counting settings support several product formats, while a separate packing stage allows the customer to select simple sealed bags or another confirmed retail package.
Information Required Before Final Engineering
The final proposal requires jumbo reel width and diameter, paper basis weight and ply, unfolded and folded napkin dimensions, fold type, embossing pattern, printing colors, sheets per pack, package type, target output, workshop layout and utility specifications. Final model, power, dimensions and guaranteed capacity must follow the signed technical agreement.
