Equipment, factory checks and delivery evidence
The sections and photographs below document the actual work completed for this project.
This customer case presents a proposed 2200 mm kitchen towel converting line for Nur-Kagaz Service in Kazakhstan. The company name and country are taken from the supplied cooperation list. No reliable public record confirming a specific Renix equipment purchase was found, so the equipment arrangement is presented as a project configuration rather than a verified transaction.
Project Goal
The proposed line is designed to convert jumbo tissue reels into embossed household kitchen towel rolls. Compared with standard toilet rolls, kitchen towel products normally use stronger paper, larger sheet dimensions and deeper embossing, so the rewinding, laminating, perforating and cutting sections must be coordinated around the actual raw material and finished roll specification.
Recommended Equipment Configuration
A 2200 mm automatic kitchen towel rewinding machine is selected as the main converting unit. The proposed downstream equipment includes log accumulation, automatic log cutting and grouped bag packing for retail distribution.
2200 mm automatic kitchen towel rewinding machine
Jumbo roll unwind stands with tension control
Steel-to-rubber or steel-to-steel embossing unit
Glue lamination system for multi-ply towel paper when required
Perforation and sheet-length control
Automatic tail sealing and log discharge
Kitchen towel log accumulator and automatic log saw
Multi-roll bag packing machine
Air compressor, electrical controls, spare parts and operating tools
Embossing and Lamination Requirements
Kitchen towel absorbency and appearance depend on the selected embossing pattern, paper basis weight and ply combination. For laminated products, adhesive application, embossing pressure and web alignment must remain stable across the working width. The final embossing roll design should be approved using the customer’s product sample or confirmed pattern drawing.
Raw Material and Finished Roll Settings
The project requires confirmation of jumbo reel width, diameter, core diameter, basis weight, ply, tensile strength and moisture condition. Finished-product data should include roll diameter, roll width, sheet length, sheets per roll, core size, embossing pattern and rolls per pack. These values determine rewinding settings, cutting length and packing dimensions.
Planned Production Process
Jumbo reels are loaded onto the unwind stands and guided through tension control. The paper passes through embossing and optional glue lamination, followed by perforation and rewinding into long kitchen towel logs. After tail sealing, the logs enter the accumulator, move to the automatic saw and are cut into finished rolls. The rolls are then counted, grouped and packed in film bags.
Quality Control Points
Stable web alignment and tension
Clear embossing across the full roll width
Consistent lamination without excessive adhesive
Accurate perforation length and sheet count
Uniform roll diameter and winding firmness
Clean cut faces with limited roll deformation
Pack size matched to the selected roll arrangement
Workshop and Utility Planning
The layout should provide a straight production route from jumbo reel storage to finished-pack collection. Additional space is required for reel replacement, embossing-roll service, adhesive preparation, saw maintenance, electrical cabinets and safe operator access. Voltage, frequency, compressed air, ventilation and paper-dust control must be confirmed before manufacture.
Expected Project Result
The proposed configuration provides a connected process for producing embossed kitchen towel rolls from jumbo tissue reels. Automatic rewinding, log cutting and primary packing reduce repeated manual handling, while adjustable product settings support several household towel formats after material trials and technical confirmation.
Information Required for Final Engineering
Before the final quotation and layout are issued, the project requires raw-material specifications, paper samples, finished roll dimensions, embossing and lamination requirements, perforation length, pack format, target output, workshop drawing and utility data. Final model codes, installed power, machine dimensions and guaranteed capacity must follow the signed technical agreement.
