Equipment, factory checks and delivery evidence
The sections and photographs below document the actual work completed for this project.
This customer case presents a proposed 2200 mm automatic toilet paper converting line for Papelaria e Conversora Santa Rita in Brazil. The company name and country are taken from the supplied cooperation list. No reliable public source confirming a specific Renix equipment purchase was found, so the equipment arrangement below is presented as a project configuration rather than a verified transaction.
Project Objective
The proposed project is intended to convert jumbo tissue reels into embossed household toilet rolls with automatic log cutting and grouped retail packing. The production plan emphasizes flexible roll specifications, reliable perforation, consistent winding density and a balanced flow between rewinding, cutting and packaging.
Recommended Line Configuration
A 2200 mm automatic toilet paper rewinding machine is selected as the main unit. The proposed line includes automatic log accumulation, a toilet paper log saw and a multi-roll bag packing machine. Core and coreless production functions can be confirmed according to the customer’s final product range.
2200 mm automatic toilet paper rewinding machine
Jumbo roll unwind stands with web-tension control
Embossing unit selected for the confirmed product pattern
Perforation and finished-roll diameter control
Automatic core feeding or coreless rewinding function when required
Automatic tail sealing and log discharge
Log accumulator and transfer conveyor
Automatic toilet paper log saw
Multi-roll bag packing machine
Air compressor, electrical controls, spare parts and operating tools
Finished Roll and Pack Planning
Finished roll diameter, roll width, sheet length, sheets per roll, core size, embossing pattern and rolls per pack must be developed as one coordinated specification. A change in roll diameter or compression affects log cutting, conveyor spacing, bag dimensions and the number of retail packs that can be handled in each production period.
Raw Material Coordination
Jumbo reel width, diameter, core diameter, basis weight, ply, tensile strength and moisture condition should be confirmed before the machine is manufactured. The actual paper sample is important because softness, stretch and reel winding quality affect perforation, embossing, web tracking and finished-roll firmness.
Planned Production Process
Jumbo reels are mounted on the unwind stands and guided through tension control, embossing and perforation. The rewinder forms long toilet paper logs to the selected diameter and sheet count. After tail sealing, the logs enter the accumulator and move to the automatic saw. Cut rolls are counted, grouped and packed in printed film bags according to the selected retail arrangement.
Line Balance and Quality Control
Finished-pack output depends on the coordinated speed of rewinding, log discharge, accumulation, cutting, roll grouping and film packing. The rewinder should therefore be evaluated together with the saw and packer rather than as an isolated machine.
Stable roll diameter and winding density
Clear perforation with controlled sheet length
Consistent embossing across the working width
Secure tail sealing without excessive adhesive
Clean cut faces with limited deformation
Accurate roll grouping and reliable bag sealing
Finished packs without loose film or damaged rolls
Workshop and Utility Preparation
The workshop should provide a straight production route from jumbo reel storage to finished-pack collection. Additional space is required for reel replacement, core storage, film storage, maintenance access, electrical cabinets and internal material handling. Destination voltage, frequency, compressed air, ventilation and paper-dust control must be confirmed before manufacture.
Expected Project Result
The proposed configuration provides a connected route from jumbo tissue reels to sealed multi-roll retail packs. Automatic rewinding, log cutting and packing reduce repeated manual handling and support consistent household toilet roll production. Final output, staffing and product range remain subject to material trials and signed technical confirmation.
Information Required Before Final Engineering
The final proposal requires jumbo reel data, paper samples, finished roll dimensions, core or coreless format, perforation length, embossing pattern, rolls per pack, film dimensions, target output, workshop drawing and utility specifications. Final model codes, installed power, machine dimensions and guaranteed capacity must follow the signed technical agreement.
