PROJECT RECORD

Equipment, factory checks and delivery evidence

The sections and photographs below document the actual work completed for this project.

This case presents a proposed 2200 mm automatic toilet roll converting line for Sunkar Paper LLP in Kazakhstan. The company name and country are taken from the supplied cooperation list. No reliable public record confirming a specific Renix equipment purchase was located, so the machine arrangement below is described as a project configuration rather than a verified transaction.

Project Requirement

The proposed workshop is intended to convert jumbo tissue reels into compact household toilet rolls with core and coreless options. The project differs from a standard core-roll line because roll formation, tail sealing, log handling and cutting must all remain stable without a cardboard tube supporting the finished roll.

Recommended Equipment

A 2200 mm automatic toilet paper rewinding machine with a coreless rewinding function is used as the main unit. The downstream process combines automatic log accumulation, log cutting and grouped bag packing so that finished rolls can move through the line with limited manual transfer.

  • 2200 mm automatic toilet paper rewinding machine with coreless roll function

  • Jumbo roll unwinding stands with web-tension control

  • Embossing and perforation sections

  • Automatic glue spraying or tail-sealing section

  • Log accumulator and transfer conveyor

  • Automatic toilet paper log saw

  • Multi-roll bag packing machine

  • Air compressor, electrical controls, spare parts and operating tools

Coreless Roll Formation

Coreless products require the rewinder to start each roll without a conventional cardboard tube. The initial winding section, paper tension and finished diameter control must work together so the center remains sufficiently compact for cutting, packing and transport. Paper softness and basis weight also affect the central opening and roll firmness.

Raw Material and Product Settings

The final specification should coordinate jumbo reel width, diameter, basis weight, ply, perforation length, embossing pattern, roll diameter, sheet count and package arrangement. A change in roll diameter or compression affects the number of rolls per bag and the dimensions required by the packing machine.

Planned Production Flow

Jumbo reels are loaded onto the unwinding stands. The paper passes through embossing and perforation before the rewinder forms coreless logs to the selected diameter. After tail sealing, the logs enter the accumulator and are transferred to the automatic saw. Cut rolls are counted, grouped and packed in film bags according to the selected retail format.

Quality Control Points

  • Stable center formation without a cardboard core

  • Consistent roll diameter and sheet count

  • Clear perforation with controlled web tension

  • Secure tail sealing without excessive adhesive

  • Clean cut faces and limited roll deformation

  • Pack dimensions matched to the selected roll arrangement

Workshop Planning

The line should be installed with straight material flow from jumbo reel storage to finished-pack collection. Maintenance access is required around unwinding stands, drive sections, the saw, packer and electrical cabinets. Dust extraction, compressed air, power voltage, frequency and internal material handling must be confirmed for the destination workshop.

Expected Result

The proposed arrangement gives the facility a dedicated route for producing household toilet rolls with core and coreless options with automatic rewinding, cutting and primary bag packing. The project reduces reliance on cardboard cores and supports several roll and package specifications, subject to technical confirmation and trial production with the customer’s paper.

Information Needed Before Finalization

The final proposal requires jumbo reel data, paper samples, finished roll diameter, sheet length, sheets per roll, required center opening, embossing, rolls per pack, film type, target output, workshop drawing and utility conditions. Model codes, installed power, dimensions and guaranteed capacity must follow the signed technical agreement.

VERIFIED RESULT

Project outcome

A modular production route was prepared for toilet rolls with core and coreless options from jumbo reel feeding through rewinding, cutting and primary bag packing. Final models and guaranteed output require technical confirmation.
