A disposable cleaning cloth converting machine has completed packing preparation and was loaded into a shipping container for delivery. The shipment photos record the main machine, protective wrapping and the forklift loading process at the factory.
The equipment shown in this shipment uses a wide working section with paper or nonwoven web guiding rollers, pneumatic components and an integrated operating area. The final configuration is determined by the customer’s raw material, finished cloth size, folding or rewinding method and required output.
Equipment Included in the Shipment
The shipment includes the main disposable cleaning cloth converting machine and the supporting components confirmed for the project. Before loading, separately supplied frames, guards, electrical parts and operating accessories were checked against the packing list.
Because the photographs do not show a model plate or final product specification, the article does not assign an unverified model number or production capacity. These parameters should follow the signed technical agreement and machine nameplate.
Protection Before Container Loading
The machine body was wrapped with protective film before movement. Exposed rollers, control components, pneumatic lines and projecting parts were checked so that the forklift and nearby packages would not apply direct pressure to sensitive areas.
The protective wrapping also keeps loose accessories together during handling. Parts removed for transport should be marked according to their installation positions so that the customer can identify them during unloading and assembly.
Forklift Loading Process
The main unit was moved toward the container with a forklift. Fork positions were selected under the structural base rather than under rollers, covers or operating components. The loading team also checked the container entrance height, machine width and available clearance before advancing the equipment.
After the machine entered the container, the remaining space was used for supporting frames and separately packed parts. The loading arrangement was reviewed before the equipment was secured for transport.

Preparation at the Destination
Before the container arrives, the customer should prepare a suitable unloading area, forklift or lifting equipment, workshop access and the final installation position. Electrical power, compressed air and any required auxiliary systems should be prepared according to the confirmed configuration.
After unloading, the customer should inspect the external condition of the equipment and compare all packages with the packing list before removing transport protection. Installation and trial production should use the specified raw material and finished-product requirements for the project.
For a new disposable cleaning cloth project, buyers can provide the raw material type and width, finished cloth dimensions, folding or rewinding format, packing method, target output, workshop size and destination power supply. These details are required before the equipment configuration can be confirmed.
