PROJECT RECORD

Equipment, factory checks and delivery evidence

The sections and photographs below document the actual work completed for this project.

A 2200 mm toilet paper rewinding machine entered the packing and container-loading stage after completing the agreed factory preparation.

This project record focuses on the equipment condition before shipment, the protection of exposed parts, the organization of accessories and the loading arrangement. The purpose is to document the actual delivery process rather than repeat the general specifications of the rewinding machine.

Equipment Prepared for Delivery

The main equipment included a 2200 mm toilet paper rewinding machine configured for the confirmed toilet roll production requirements.

Before packing began, the project team checked the principal machine sections and compared the prepared items with the delivery list. The inspection covered the unwind area, paper-guiding sections, embossing and perforation components, rewinding section, operating controls and paper log discharge area.

The project team also checked separately supplied tools, standard accessories and agreed spare parts. Organizing these items before loading reduces the risk of smaller components becoming mixed with the machine structure during transport.

Factory Check Before Packing

The machine had been operated with the jumbo tissue paper prepared for the factory trial.

The inspection focused on:

  • Jumbo roll feeding

  • Paper web alignment

  • Embossing operation

  • Perforation

  • Rewinding sequence

  • Paper log formation

  • Finished log discharge

  • Sensor responses

  • Basic safety functions

The trial was carried out according to the material and settings available for this project. Displayed machine speed alone was not used as the only acceptance reference because practical operation can be affected by the paper basis weight, number of plies, finished-roll diameter, embossing method and downstream production arrangement.

After the agreed checks were completed, the machine proceeded to transport preparation.

Protective Packing

Movable components were secured before the equipment was transferred to the loading area.

Additional attention was given to the operating panel, sensors, exposed pneumatic connections and paper-guiding sections. External operating parts and connection points were protected according to their positions on the machine.

Accessories and smaller components were packed separately where appropriate. Package identification was used to help the customer compare the delivered items with the packing list after arrival.

The packing method was selected for the structure of this rewinding machine and the planned container arrangement. Packaging requirements may differ for other machines or delivery routes.

Container Loading

The main rewinding machine was loaded before the smaller packages and accessories.

The loading arrangement considered the equipment dimensions, handling access and available container space. After the main machine reached the planned position, separately packed components were placed without applying unnecessary pressure to the operating panel or exposed parts.

The loading team reviewed:

  • Equipment position

  • Clearance around exposed components

  • Contact points

  • Access for additional packages

  • Accessories listed for delivery

  • Equipment securing positions

The container was closed only after the equipment arrangement and packing list had been checked.

Delivery Scope

The confirmed delivery included one 2200 mm toilet paper rewinding machine, standard accessories, operating tools, agreed spare parts and electrical documentation.

This delivery scope refers to the equipment included in this project. Cutting, individual roll packing, bundling or other downstream equipment should only be included where they are specifically listed in the corresponding technical agreement.

Preparing for Installation

Before the equipment arrives, the customer should prepare the unloading route, lifting equipment, electrical supply, compressed-air connection and installation space.

If the rewinding machine will later connect with an automatic log saw or toilet roll packing machine, space should also be reserved for product transfer and downstream equipment.

The machine completed its factory preparation, protective packing and container loading and was released for shipment.

VERIFIED RESULT

Project outcome

The machine completed the agreed factory checks, protective packing and container loading and was released for shipment.
