Equipment, factory checks and delivery evidence
The sections and photographs below document the actual work completed for this project.
This configuration case outlines an 8-lane automatic facial tissue production line prepared for the converting requirements associated with Thuan Phat Paper Co., Ltd in Vietnam. Public trade references identify the company in Vietnam and show activity involving jumbo facial tissue paper. The equipment arrangement below is a proposed engineering configuration and does not claim that a specific Renix machine purchase has been independently verified.
Production Requirement
The project is planned for converting jumbo facial tissue reels into V-fold soft-pack tissue. The main objective is to connect folding, log transfer, cutting and primary packaging in one production flow while retaining adjustment for different sheet counts and retail pack dimensions.
Recommended Equipment Configuration
An 8-lane automatic facial tissue folding machine is selected as the main converting unit. The wider lane arrangement is intended for a workshop that requires higher output than a small standalone folder and wants to reduce manual handling between the folding and packaging sections.
8-lane automatic facial tissue folding machine
Jumbo roll unwinding and web-tension control sections
Embossing, slitting and V-folding components
Automatic tissue log transfer system
Automatic rotary facial tissue log saw
Soft-pack facial tissue packing machine
Discharge conveyor and finished-pack collection table
Vacuum unit, air compressor, electrical controls, spare parts and operating tools
Raw Material and Finished Product Coordination
The folding width cannot be selected separately from the raw material. Jumbo reel width, reel diameter, core diameter, basis weight, ply and tensile strength must match the lane arrangement and paper path. The finished sheet length, sheet width, sheets per pack and pack height must also be coordinated with the log-cutting and packing sections.
For two-ply or three-ply tissue, the unwinding and tension settings should be prepared around the actual paper sample. Stable reel winding and consistent moisture help limit web wandering, wrinkles and uneven log density.
Production Process
Jumbo reels are mounted on the unwinding stands and guided through tension control, embossing and longitudinal slitting. The separated webs enter the folding section, where sheets are interfolded and counted into continuous logs. The transfer system then sends each log to the rotary saw for cutting. Cut tissue bundles enter the soft-pack machine for film forming, sealing and discharge.
Line Balance and Practical Output
The nominal speed of the folding machine does not by itself determine finished-pack output. Stable production depends on paper quality, log transfer, cutting cycle, film feeding, pack dimensions, changeover frequency and operator response. The folding machine, saw and packer should therefore be selected as one balanced system.
Workshop and Utility Planning
The proposed layout requires a straight production route with access around the jumbo roll stands, folding section, vacuum equipment, saw, packer and electrical cabinets. Space should also be reserved for raw-material storage, film storage, finished packs, maintenance and safe material handling. Destination voltage, frequency, compressed air and environmental conditions must be confirmed before manufacture.
Expected Project Result
The proposed configuration provides a connected route from jumbo facial tissue reels to sealed soft packs. Automatic log transfer and cutting reduce repeated manual movement, while the multi-lane folder supports continuous production for several common retail specifications. Final output and staffing remain subject to the confirmed product and workshop conditions.
Final Technical Confirmation
Before issuing the final quotation, the project requires raw-material data, finished sheet and pack dimensions, fold type, sheets per pack, embossing requirement, packing film, target output, workshop drawing and utility specifications. Final model codes, power consumption, machine dimensions and guaranteed performance must be stated in the signed technical agreement.
