A facial tissue folding machine recently completed packing and container loading after the agreed factory preparation.
The machine will be used to convert jumbo tissue paper into folded tissue logs. Unlike a compact individual unit, a facial tissue folding machine contains multiple paper paths, folding components, vacuum connections and supporting systems that require organized preparation before transport.
Reviewing the Machine Before Packing
The packing process began with a review of the complete machine and delivery scope.
The team checked the folding sections, paper-feeding positions, electrical controls, vacuum connections and separately supplied accessories. Areas that could be exposed during handling were identified before protective materials were applied.
The machine configuration determines whether any sections need to be separated for transport. If a component is removed, its installation position and related connections should be recorded clearly.

Protective materials are selected according to the component location and transport conditions. The operating team checks that covers or packing materials do not create new pressure points on sensitive areas.
The control cabinet, operating interface and sensor positions also receive attention before loading.
Vacuum Connections and Pipe Identification
A facial tissue folding machine may use a vacuum system to support paper control during folding.
Vacuum pipes, connectors and related accessories need to be organized so that they can be identified during installation. If external connections are removed for transport, clear markings can reduce confusion when the equipment is reassembled.
The customer should prepare the required utilities according to the confirmed machine configuration. Electrical power, compressed air and vacuum requirements should be reviewed before the machine arrives.
Packing Accessories Separately
Accessories and smaller components were organized separately from the main folding structure.
These items may include operating tools, pipes, connectors, sensors, electrical parts or other project-specific components. The exact package contents depend on the confirmed delivery scope.
Separate packing helps prevent small items from becoming mixed with the machine structure. It also allows the customer to compare delivered components with the packing list after arrival.
Packages should be opened in an organized manner so that installation parts are not discarded together with protective materials.
Container Loading
Before loading began, the team considered machine dimensions, container space, handling access and the planned order of entry.
The main equipment was moved into the container according to the prepared loading arrangement. Separately packed components followed after the primary machine position had been confirmed.
The loading team avoided placing packages against folding components, control panels or exposed connections. After the complete shipment was positioned, the equipment and packages were secured to reduce movement during transport.
The final inspection included the loading arrangement, package count and general clearance around sensitive areas.
Preparing for Installation
A facial tissue folding machine normally works with downstream cutting and packing equipment.

The machine should not be positioned based only on its external dimensions. Space is also required for jumbo roll replacement, operation, cleaning and maintenance.
This delivery process prepares the folding machine and associated components for transport. Final installation and trial production should follow the confirmed machine configuration and the actual factory conditions.
